Mriya Fitness Center Rules and Regulations

These rules must be followed by all visitors of Mriya Resort & SPA, an asset of Garant-SV LLC, when using the gym.

1. The territory of the Fitness Center includes the following: gym, fitness room, weight room, tennis courts, outdoor yoga area, volleyball court.

2. The fares established by Garant-SV LLC are used to calculate the cost of Fitness Center services. The Fitness Center's reception desk has information regarding these fares.

3. The Fitness Center's reception desk has detailed information on all of its facilities and services.

4. Visitors are provided access to the Fitness Center's services in line with these Rules, unless otherwise specified by the Parties and/or Russian Federation legislation. 5. Minors are permitted access to the Fitness Center at the Mriya Sports Complex only if accompanied by their parents or other legal guardians (hereinafter referred to as "Parents"). Parents assume full responsibility for the safety and health of minors on the territory of the Fitness Center.

6. Dress code for visiting the Fitness Center:

6. 1. Outdoor attire and footwear are not permitted within the Fitness Center.

6. 2. Visitors must have athletic clothing in order to train at the Fitness Center. 6. 3 Wearing a swimming suit or attending the gyms with the torso exposed is prohibited.

6. 4 Special footwear (replacement footwear) is also required for training at the Fitness Center. For your own safety, you must use athletic footwear when training. Footwear that might harm the Fitness Center's equipment is not permitted in the gyms.

7. The visitor is required to pay special attention to his or her health status and to report any health deterioration that occurs during the visitor's time in the Fitness Center, as well as any limitations on physical activity, to the Fitness Center personnel right away. The visitor is solely responsible for his or her health status. Visitors are recommended to see a general practitioner and/or other doctor about their health status before beginning classes, in order to learn about any potential limitations and/or suggestions regarding physical activity.

8. Persons exhibiting inappropriate behavior, as well as those under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not allowed to use the Fitness Center.

9. The Fitness Center is not liable for the guests' health or potential injuries in the following situations:

  • If the visitor violates these Rules.
  • If the visitor neglects the introductory instructions.
  • if the visitor disregards the medical advice.
  • If injuries have been sustained by a visitor outside the Fitness Center.
  • If injuries have been sustained through unlawful acts of third parties.
  • If injuries have been caused by the visitor himself/herself on the Fitness Center premises.

10. Weight room rules and regulations.

10. 1. Before beginning any training in the weight room, the visitor must listen to introductory instructions. The trainer will introduce the visitor to the fundamentals of working out in the weight room, as well as safety procedures, gym equipment, fundamental guidelines for using machines and other equipment, as well as workout techniques and sequencing.

10. 2. The visitor must carefully study and adhere to each machine's instructions before beginning training on it. The Fitness Center is not liable for the visitors' usage of exercise equipment in breach of the rules resulting in harm to their health.

10. 3. Visitors are advised to use equipment and adjust the intensity and length of training sessions depending on their fitness level.

10. 4. When using the exercise equipment, users are strongly urged to use towels for personal hygiene purposes.

10. 5. Visitors must independently return sports equipment (such as barbells, dumbbells, weights, and other loose equipment) to the specified locations after finishing their routine.

10. 6. When working with the heaviest possible weights, visitors are advised to enlist the help of a partner or trainer present to ensure their safety.

10. 7. To prevent injuries when using a barbell for workouts, weights must be uniformly added and removed on both ends of the bar to prevent it from toppling over. Weights must also be firmly fastened with locks. Exercises must be done under a trainer's guidance.

10. 8. In order to verify the fixation, retainers for weights, chairs, and bolsters must be fully inserted while working on block weight machines.

11. Gym rules and regulations.

11. 1. Classes are held in the gym in accordance with the schedule, which can be modified by the Fitness Center Administration.

11. 2. Minors are only permitted in the gym if accompanied by their parents or other adults who are their legal guardians.

11. 3. Athletic shoes and outfits specified in these Rules must be worn to classes.

11. 4. Wearing a swimming suit or having your torso exposed is prohibited at the gym.

11. 5. It is not permitted to consume food and drink brought from outside at the gym.

11. 6. You must put the equipment back in the authorized places after your routine.

11. 7. Smoking is not permitted in or around the gym.

12. Group session rules and regulations.

12. 1. Group sessions are held in the gym in accordance with the schedule, which can be modified by the Fitness Center Administration. The Administration also reserves the right to substitute trainers listed in the schedule.

12. 2. Group sessions are held on the scheduled days and times as well as by appointment. The Administration also has the power to impose a cap on the group size. 12. 3. Arrive for group sessions without delay to avoid potentially dangerous circumstances. It is not advised to arrive at the training session ten (10) or more minutes after it has begun. If a visitor to the Fitness Center arrives late, the trainer has the right to prevent them from training.

12. 4. Attending training sessions when you are hungry or just after eating is not advised.

12. 5. Athletic shoes and outfits specified in these Rules must be worn to classes.

12. 6. You must put the equipment back in the authorized places after your routine.

12. 7. When attending group sessions, refrain from wearing strong perfumes.

13. Personal training.

You can use a personal trainer to exercise in the weight room. Personal training increases motivation and enables you to get the best results possible in the shortest amount of time. During a personal training session, the trainer tracks your technique, as well as your engagement and satisfaction level, and helps you maximize its effectiveness. The trainer will develop a training routine using your listed objectives and unique properties. The visitor's health, however, is not the trainer's responsibility. Therefore, visitors are recommended to see a general practitioner and/or other doctor about their health status before beginning classes with a trainer, in order to learn about any potential limitations and/or suggestions regarding physical activity.
